Summer Camp 2024 Scholarship Application
At East Swamp Church, we don’t want a lack of funds to keep you from attending an event. Please complete the following application, as this helps us determine your need and allows for us to be good stewards with our financial resources. Typically, we can provide some form of scholarship on the event. Unfortunately, we are limited in the amount of scholarships we are able to offer. All information is confidential and we will make every effort to help you.

Scholarship Guidelines
-Scholarship requests will not be processed unless accompanied by a completed Camp Registration form.
-Submitting a request does not guarantee the amount requested can be fully provided. Scholarship amounts are affected by the number of requests we receive.
-Scholarship Form and Registration Form must be submitted no later than March 30, 2024.
-Parents may expect notification by April 6, 2024 indicating the amount of scholarship being offered.
-A $75 deposit should—if at all possible—be included with the application.
-Should you choose to withdraw your student’s application after considering the amount of scholarship East Swamp has offered, your deposit will be refunded in full.
