The gates open Thursday at 1 pm and at 8 am every other day of the event. The gates close at 10 pm every night. If you are arriving outside of the previous outlined time slots email merce@dagorath.org to schedule an arrival plan. Please type below the email address this notice will be sent from. Event staff should coordinate their arrival times directly with Merce and do not need to send an email.
For the health and safety of our community if you are Covid positive or have any Covid symptoms that are not explained by any other health condition that you normally have we ask that you do not attend this event. Covid symptoms include a fever over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, chills, body aches, chest pain, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, vomiting, or persistent cough. If you develop symptoms or have had symptoms within 3 days of the event then you are prohibited from attending. *

In addition to completing this registration form all attendees (both participants and spectators) are required to sign a liability waiver which can be found at https://dagorath.org/dagor-dagorath/. If you are under the age of 18 you will need a legal guardian to sign this form for you and have it notarized by Merce Bear in person. The signer's state ID is required to be presented at the time of singing or turning in this document. If completing the waiver online please email a picture of your state ID to merce@dagorath.org
