Condiciones de servicio y cancelación / Cancellation and service policies
En caso de que debas cancelar tu asistencia antes de que comience el retiro, estas son nuestras políticas generales de reembolso:

- En caso de que no puedas asistir, no realizamos reembolso del depósito, pero te permitimos usarlo para otro curso o retiro que organicemos en los siguientes 12 meses. 

- En caso de que tengas que ausentarte una vez comenzado el retiro, no se realizará un reembolso del importe total pagado.

- Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar el curso. En este caso, se reembolsarán todas las cantidades pagadas, pero no nos hacemos responsables de los gastos relacionados con tus gastos de viaje, como billetes de avión o tren, traslados, o reservas de hotel.

-Has declarado correctamente tus posibles condiciones de salud y entiendes que este retiro no ofrece ni sustituye ningún tipo de tratamiento médico ni tratamiento, y entiendes y aceptas que no habrá responsabilidad por parte del personal docente, la organización o los propietarios del lugar en el caso poco probable de lesiones, daños o pérdidas que puedan ocurrir durante el transcurso del retiro.

In case you need to cancel your attendance before the retreat begins, here are our general refund policies:

  • If you are unable to attend, we do not refund the deposit, but we allow you to use it for another course or retreat we organize within the next 12 months.

  • If you have to leave once the retreat has started, there will be no full or partial refund of the total price paid.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the course. In this case, all amounts paid will be refunded, but we are not responsible for expenses related to your travel, such as plane or train tickets, transfers, or hotel reservations.

  • You have accurately disclosed any potential health conditions, and you understand that this retreat does not offer or substitute any form of medical treatment. You also understand and accept that there will be no liability on the part of the teaching staff, the organization, or the property owners in the unlikely event of injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the course of the retreat.
