Working interactively and collaboratively through workshop-style small breakout groups, this session will provide experiential learning on collaborative problem-solving.

Facilitators will guide groups with best practice inputs and deep knowledge from their own work in various communities across the Northeast to help teams best serve the needs of “Energy Town, USA” in a situation faced by that community. Context points from real towns will be shared, regarding building stock, homebuyer market, economic parameters, and more.

How can this town meet their carbon emissions reduction goal in a way that lifts up their community and all its participants?
