"Biftekia": Grilled beef patties with herbs (like small meat loaf) served with fried potatoes or rice

"Roumeliotiko" pork marinated on the grill, chopped with roasted tomato and served on a Cypriot pita

Grilled chicken fillet with twice-cooked potatoes and sauteed asparagus (Gluten Free)

Grilled squid with fava beans, cuttlefish ink and white truffle oil (Gluten Free)
