If you want to reserve a commission slot for when my commissions open, fill in your information below and you will be sent a commission form (usually) in the middle of the stated month!
Reserving a slot does not mean you are OBLIGATED to place a commission, but if you reserve a spot and don't have a decent reason for backing out, you will not be able to use the waiting list in the future.

SFW and NSFW commissions have different commission forms and you will be forwarded to one of them based on your answer (if you answer "I do not know", you will be forwarded to SFW commission form -> you can change that by just replying to the email)

I WON'T REPLY TO YOUR COMMISSION WAITING LIST FORM, 
but I do see it (if you are unsure, you can always check my commission tracker at Trello)! I will email you when I'm finished with the previous commission queue and refer to you to the commission form :)!
