Information for Virtual Students Breakfast/Lunch during the 2020-2021 School Year

Please complete the form below if you will be picking up a lunch over a closure period during the 2020-2021 school year for your son or daughter attending one of our virtual learning programs. The purpose of this form is to gather information for those families interested in getting school lunches, while allowing us to properly prepare the correct amount of food.

All students in Grades K-12 on a virtual learning program are eligible for a free breakfast/lunch daily through June 30 as funds allow.

Parents should still complete a free/reduced lunch application which can be found on the district website at https://www.youghsd.net/nutrition_department or online at https://www.compass.state.pa.us/compass.web/Public/CMPHome/

Breakfast/Lunch pickup site will be at Yough Intermediate Middle School on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00-5:00.

Breakfast/Lunches will be delivered to your car from the auditorium door of the building. No one will be entering the school buildings. Cafeteria personnel will be there to handle distribution in an efficient and safe manner, taking into consideration the health, safety, and welfare of all involved.
