Stakeholder Survey: Explore the Need for a Degree Programme in Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Anthropology in Sri Lanka 

Stakeholders’ suggestions on the proposed curriculum of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Anthropology. Since the National Institute of Social Development (NISD) has a social development mandate and makes significant contributions to social work education in the country, the NISD faculty of Social Work and Social Sciences should offer an honours degree programme in Anthropology for future undergraduates who want to become anthropologists at national and international job markets. The faculty board of NISD at its 3.6.1 of October 2023 meeting decided to survey to identify relevant structure and course units. The department committee would like to get your comments on this initiative. The information provided by you will be used for the need analysis of the proposed curriculum and will not be shared for any other purposes. Your opinion is valuable for us.
