This form allows you to apply for the support roles that are needed to run a successful conference. In exchange 5+ hours of service, you will receive a complimentary registration to the conference. FAMTE and FDLA need assistance with the following:

Moderating the sessions: Moderators assist the presenter in the concurrent sessions by introducing the presentations and ensuring that the presenters stay within the time limits.

Technology support: Technology support will work with the conference staff to ensure that the technology in the rooms is working for the presenters.

Registration Desk: Individuals working the registration desk will welcome the conference attendees and provide them with a program information and any handouts or goodies that need to be distributed.

To obtain one of these roles, you will need to provide us with your contact information and a brief statement that indicates how you see our conference benefitting you professionally.

Adding your name to this list indicates that you are willing to donate at least 5 hours of your time! However, submitting your name does not assure that you will be selected for a staff position. We have a limited number of position available. Your statement will be used in the selection of those who will be given this opportunity.
A list of time slots will be sent out before the conference for you to sign up for specific duties. The FDLA conference planning committee will let you know if you were selected for this opportunity.
