Schedule an Outside or Offsite Meeting
Please fill out this form if you are interested in scheduling a small group either outside on the St. Paul's UMC grounds or at an offsite location. Schedule requests must be submitted a minimum of 1 week in advance.

For all outdoor meetings on St. Paul's UMC grounds, requirements are as follows:

1. Maximum of 15 or fewer individuals, including any children present.
2. Individuals/Households will follow social distancing guidelines and remain a minimum of 6ft apart.
3. Participants are expected to follow COVID-19 Health Guidelines (see below).
4. Items, especially food, will not be passed around the group.
5. The church bathroom may be accessed by one person at a time (except when a caregiver is required.) Please follow good bathroom hygiene and hand-washing standards.
6. Attendance will be taken.
7. Adults must be present with and responsible for all children.
8. Masks are strongly encouraged, especially during periods, such as set up, when people are mobile and violations of social distancing may occur.  
9.Each group must submit a meeting request FORM, including designating a host, and be approved before meeting.
10. Groups must follow the Severe Weather policy.

For all offsite meetings, requirements are as follows:
1. Group leader must schedule in advance via the church website.
2. Attendance will be taken.
3. Participants are expected to follow COVID-19 Health Guidelines.
4. Group leaders must clearly communicate with all participants about policies and expectations.
5. Groups cannot organize carpools from the church grounds to offsite locations.
