Interlibrary Loan Request Form
The Converse Free Library offers its patrons the ability to borrow items from other New Hampshire libraries. To do so, a patron must have a library card in good standing.

To make a request, please complete the form below. We will call or email when the item is ready for pick-up. If you are requesting more than one book, please use a SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH BOOK (begin again at the dropdown menu on our website and click "Request an Interlibrary Loan."

Please note that the library is unable to borrow items that have been published within the past six months. You may make a suggestion for purchase from your library account by logging in and selecting "Your purchase suggestions."
