Campbell Odyssey of the Mind Registration
Fill out this form to indicate that you are interested in having your child participate in Campbell's Odyssey of the Mind Program.  You must fill out a separate form for each child.  Please understand that no child is guaranteed a spot on a team unless a parent volunteers to coach.  Also, students whose parent volunteers to serve as a judge will be given preference.  In addition to filling out this form, all students must fill out an interest form/application which will be considered to determine who will fill spots on the teams.
