Tivoli Free Library: Request Your Items & Schedule Your Curbside Pickup
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ!
Fill out the form to request your item and select a time for you to come to the library and retrieve your item. You may also call the library at 845-757-3771 if you wish to make your request and appointment by phone.

It is very important that you pick up your item within 15 minutes of your appointment time. If you miss your appointed time, you will have to reschedule. If you find that you cannot make your appointment, please call us to cancel and reschedule.

If you come by car, you may park in front of the building or in the parking lot next to the building for curbside pickup. You will have to exit your car to retrieve your item. If you are unable to exit your car to pick up your items, please let us know when you call us or at the bottom of this form and we will make alternate arrangements.

You will find your items in a bag or an envelope inside the bin located outside the front door of the library - it will have your name on it.

Please make sure to observe social distancing and wear a mask if people are gathered near the front of the building.
