Bonimot Tzedek, or "Builders of Justice", is a year round program dedicated to the growth of high school students in the Washington DC/ Montgomery County region. Through leadership development (hadracha), social justice education, and community organizing skill building, participants will become powerful leaders and change-makers in their local and Jewish communities.
The program consists of:
-Twice a month educational meetings
-Workshops and trainings run by local community partner organizations
-Engagement with long term social justice campaigns
-National and Local Seminars (one in each semester)
OUR FIRST MEETING WILL BE ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2019. THE SECOND MEETING WILL BE SEPTEMBER 22nd AT THE WASHINGTON ETHICAL SOCIETY. At these meetings we will learn more about Bonimot Tzedek and select a social justice issue to focus our energy on this year.
The cost of the program is 75$ per semester or 125$ for the whole year - this is non-refundable after the first two consecutive meetings. Scholarships may be available. Contact
