I acknowledge that I am over the age of 18 and hereby execute this waiver in consideration of being able to participate in the Selkirk Volleyball Club sanctioned event. 

I understand that the Royals Volleyball Club/Development camp and its staff are neither responsible for lost or stolen articles nor liable for any injuries occurred as a result of participation in this camp.

I confirm that the athlete that I am registering is medically fit to partake in the camp activities.  I authorize the Selkirk Royals Volleyball Club/Development camp staff to attend to any health problem or injury that may occur to the registered athlete while attending this camp.

Thank you for your support and interest in our Selkirk Boys Royals Volleyball program.  

To ensure a quality program, the Selkirk Boys Volleyball Development Camp has set a limit on the number of participants in a session. Sessions are capped at 24 athletes.
