USA Powerlifting recognizes and registers clubs/teams, provided the following criteria have been met:

1. The club must complete the Club Registration Application and file it with the National Office.
2. The club must pay the annual registration fee.
3. The club must contain at least three registered USA Powerlifting lifters.
