That means the invitations have already been sent for the 35 people who made it to the list.

If you fill in this form, you will be put in our reserve list. So in case there are any cancellations before 18:00 on Wednesday, we will email you an invitation to join the event.

However we can't guarantee that this will happen. Who knows, maybe you will get lucky! _________________________________________________________

Fill out this form if you would like to attend Meet and Eat on the 24th of April at the Student Church in Nijmegen. The event starts at 18:00 until 22:00 approx. This week we'll have a Japanese Night.

We close the list of the people who registered on Tuesday evening. If you are invited, you will get a confirmation email as well. In the event more than 35 people have signed up, invitations are done through a lottery: we randomize the list, capped to 35 people. The other registrations are put on a waiting list. In case someone cancels, first person on the waiting list will be contacted to take their spot. the event costs 4 euros.

If you can no longer attend, please let us know *before* Wednesday 12 pm. If your name is on the list, we count on your attendance.

- Main: Yakisoba
- Dessert: Mitarashi Dango

We always offer a vegetarian option in our events. Please select bellow if you'd like to sign up for it.

For any further dietary restrictions or for questions about specific ingredients used that you might be allergic to, feel free to contact us via Facebook, Instagram or email (meetandeatru@gmail.com). We can give you more detailed information about the ingredients that will be used. We will also inform the cook but please do take into account that, as much as we like and try to accommodate our menus to everyone's dietary restrictions and allergies, this is not always possible.

No show/late cancellation policy

By making the main list we expect you to show up, or cancel on time. If you do not cancel before 12pm on Wednesday, or if you fail to show up at the event without notice, you will receive a warning.

Repeated warnings inside a 3 event period may lead to you being asked to pay the contribution fee regardless of your presence, or even exemption from future events.

Please note:

We will keep the data you enter in this form in an archive for one month in order to help prioritize people that don't make it to the list. A month after the event, your data will be deleted.

Your email address is only stored to allow us to send out invitations after the deadline for signing up passes. We do not share your data with any third parties.

At our events, photos may be taken. If you do not wish to be recognizable in any photos on our Facebook page, please tell one of our volunteers at the start of the event.
