This is the online request form for rental of the Deluxe Brewing tasting room. Thank you for our interest in reserving our tasting room! Please read through the prompts carefully and answer to the best of your ability. You will need to notify Deluxe Brewing if there are any changes to the answers submitted after we receive this form.

Notice: submitting this form is not a guarantee that you will have a reservation date or time set, only a request that will be followed by a Deluxe Brewing staff member reaching out for further confirmation and payment to the event contact that you provide. ALL EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.

***No confetti or glitter is allowed inside or on the Deluxe Brewing and Sinister Distilling property at any time. Event contacts will be held financially responsible for additional cleaning costs if these items are distributed during your event. ***

Room Rental Options (choose one) *

Basic Rental: $40/hour Sat-Thursday. Non-private rental, includes reserved tables & services. For parties under 30 People. No Deposit needed.

Friday Basic Rental: $50/hour. Non-private rental, includes reserved tables & services. For parties under 30 People. No Deposit needed.

Standard Private Party: Saturday-Thursday, $150/hour. Mandatory for parties over 30 people. Includes private taproom party, bar services, set up & clean up. In addition, there is a $400 minimum beverage guarantee which can be included in a host bar, or met through individual sales.

Friday Private Party: $300/hr for Friday night private parties. Mandatory for parties over 30 people. Includes private taproom party, bar services, set up & clean up. In addition, there is a $400 minimum beverage guarantee which can be included in a host bar, or met through individual sales.

The deposit for Private Rentals is $150. The deposit fee may be refunded with notice of 2 weeks in advance of event. *

I understand that a reservation fee is required (if I have chosen to book a private rental) and the refund policy as stated.

This is a set dollar amount that you, as the event payee, would like to set aside for a taproom tab for your guests. For private parties, this will be at least $400, as stated in the rental agreement above.

The bar tab includes beer, soda, water and wines by the glass or the bottle. Unused credit can be applied on growlers to-go. No outside beverages are allowed.
