Children who will be 5 years old before September 2, 2023 are about to embark on a wonderful, exciting adventure! If you have a child eligible for kindergarten, please complete this form. All Kindergarten sessions at West Haven Elementary are full day.
We will host kindergarten registration on April 12th from 1:30 to 3:30 at the school. It will be an open house format. Parents and students can come any time during those two hours and fill out registration paperwork, drop off supporting documents, meet the teachers, tour the school, and visit with our counselor, nurse, and reading specialist.
Want to get a head start on the registration paperwork?
Fill out all of the forms under “Kindergarten Registration” on this website. Email them to kajanvier@wsd.net when
they are completed. Send a copy of your student’s birth certificate and
immunization records to kajanvier@wsd.net
or bring them in to the school and we will make copies. Also, if this is your
first student at West Haven Elementary, please email or bring in two forms of
proof of residency.Watch for an email in August with information on completing the online
part of registration along with information on Kindergarten testing and Back to
School Night. If you have not turned in your registration paperwork, you will
not receive these emails.
