For the 202 season only players entering 9th grade and older will be able to participate in high school soccer. 7-8th graders will have a separate option that will be communicated at a later date. All players trying out MUST fill out this form prior to August 14th in order to be placed in a group in accordance with CDC guidelines. Player groupings and assigned numbers will be communicated on August 15th.

In order to avoid multiple use scrimmage vests we will be asking to provide their own uniform/shirt for tryouts. This can be any uniforms (ESS/Gitch) or any t-shirt with a number on it (example- LSO championship shirt with the "19" on it OR a white number "4" Green Bay Packers Bret Favre shirt with a picture of him with the trophy on it) any number on any shirt will do. Please fill out all 4 colors (if possible) to give me the best opportunity to make 4 equally sized teams. Thanks Everyone!!!
