Bus Route Sign-Up
*This form is for NEW students to the bus route.* If your child already used the bus route from the previous year, you do not sign-up again, we will contact you via phone. Bus route forms need to be submitted by August 2nd for the 2023-2024 school year for any new students. Please fill this form out completely to best serve your family's need for the bus route. Only the students signed-up through this form will be allowed to ride on buses. We do not want friends or family riding the buses unless they are signed up and are assigned to a route. Thank you!
