Decisions will be made on first-come, first-served basis.

In accordance with the Fair Housing Act and Evanston ordinance, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status, presence of children, age, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, gender identity, order of protection status, disability, source of income, whether a person was once homeless, or unfavorable military discharge. We strive to create and maintain a diverse, inclusive community free of racism, sexism, homophobia, and other forms of oppression.

Unfortunately, currently, neither of our houses are physically accessible and if there are any questions about the layout of either of our houses, please reach out.

Due to the enduring coronavirus pandemic, the CDC has placed group housing like our co-op on a high risk list. Each of our houses have democratically determined policies regarding our member conduct inside the houses and our activities outside the houses. In an effort to maintain the highest level of safety of our members at this time, these policies are reasonably restrictive and constantly evolving. We encourage applicants to inquire and consider these policies during the application process.
