Please listen to our tip. Here it is. It's not about performing a training. Instead, Sources of Strength is an exercise to put awareness and language to your own Strengths and those of every learner in the school or community which you call yours. It's powerful, intentional and sustainable change that begins with you and your team.
Throughout the training you learn about the mentorship that Sources of Strength National and Connect Strength can provide whatever your role includes. You may have heard that Sources of Strength is a model of wellness for humans of all ages? That is true. Roles of attendees have spanned from parents, coaches, superintendents, principals, mental health providers, teachers, law enforcement, parks and recreation, social scientists, military and corporate leadership.
Southwestern Wisconsin is an area with 20 school districts at varying levels of implementing Sources of Strength Secondary and Elementary. While most T4Ts are educators and school counselors, some are superintendents, other administrators, community leaders, parents and social workers. Whatever your role, we welcome you to visit the beautiful "Driftless" area on August 1-4, 2023.
Show up and absorb the science of Sources of Strength. Along with the training hours, we hold space and intention to experience the mission of Sources of Strength, aka Belonging and Connection. So, when in southwestern Wisconsin we will invite you to milk a Holstein, play with baby kittens, explore the Kickapoo Valley and visit with your new friends around a campfire.
We appreciate your trust and persistence in the process of wellness. Next steps are to decide to register below, request a quote for first and multi-year sustainable implementation strategy or let us learn what you need.
