Welcome and thank you for your interest in 1st Waringstown Boys' Brigade's Duke of Edinburgh's Award (WBB DofE). We are delighted to offer this fantastic Award programme to young people aged from 14 to 25.

This form must be completed annually to ensure we have up to date personal information for each participant including medical details and emergency contact information.

If the participant is under 18 years old, the form must be completed by a parent/carer.

Registration closing date: 15th October 2023.

Period of consent: 15th October 2023 - 30th November 2024.

WBB DofE Entry Criteria

WBB DofE places may be limited.
If oversubscribed, we apply the following entry criteria:

1. Current WBB DofE participants.
2. 1st Waringstown BB members.
3. Girls who attend youth groups linked to churches in Waringstown.
4. Boys who attend youth groups linked to churches in Waringstown.
5. Siblings of current WBB DofE participants.
6. Siblings of past WBB DofE participants.
7. Others on a first registered basis.

We will let you know in due course if we can offer the young person a place and how to pay the registration fee.

If the young person has previously participated in The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, please enter their eDofE number.

DofE Award Levels and Fees *

Please select which Award level the young person would like to start.

Bronze - £65. School Year 11 and older

Silver - £75. School Year 12 and older

Gold - £95. School Year 13 and older (up to 25 years old)

We will let you know in due course if we can offer the young person a place and how to pay the registration fee.

We understand that the rising cost of living is impacting many families and we do not want any young person to miss out on DofE because of the fee. If the fee is an issue, please tick the box below and we will be happy to sort this out for you in confidence.
