Prospective Players & Families -
Thank you for your interest in the Cincinnati Development Academy.  CDA is committed to being the area's leader in holistic player development.  We aim to create the environment for the top players to work towards their ambitions of playing at the professional, international and collegiate levels.  In addition, we facilitate opportunities for the development of leadership, management, and personal growth/development by placing an emphasis on volunteer opportunities, community service projects, leadership development workshops amongst other opportunities.

CDA players and staff are known for a commitment to being better every day, as a person, a student, friend, leader and player.

Please fill out the form below in full.  All entries are treated as completely confidential.

This form will be used to evaluate a potential fit for teams.  Current team ages (2006-2002) will receive training invitations to further evaluate fit if needed, while incoming ages (2007 & elite 2008s) will receive more information for Town Hall meetings and open combines.
