By participating in the Bronkberry Farms Craft Fairs, the vendor agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Bronkberry Farms and employees claims and any liabilities, whatsoever, arising out of participation in the said event, including but not restricted to any loss or damage, theft, injury, or expense. Further the vendor assumes all responsibility for his/her employees, helpers, payment of sales tax or any accompanying non participants.

All vendors must operate in compliance with the Will County Health Department.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS (NEW OPTIONS FOR 2024 SEASON)

Vendor must apply and receive approval for the entire season before March 1st to be eligible for Early Bird Discounts.

OPTION 1: (1 installment - BIGGEST SAVINGS!)
- $525 total for the full season - 1 MONTH FREE ($75 SAVINGS!)

OPTION 2: (2 installments*)
- $562 total for the full season - 1/2 OFF 1 MONTH! ($38 SAVINGS!)

- First installment of $300 (for May, June, July, and August fairs) due within 5 days of approval email send date

- Second installment of $262 ($300 minus $38 discount = $262) (for September, 2-Day Fall Fest, and October Monthly Fair) DUE BY JULY 1ST*

*MUST SIGN PROMISSORY NOTE FOR OPTION 2 SECOND PAYMENT

Example:

-On January 1st, vendor applies for Full Season.

-Approval email from Bronkberry Farms sent January 15th.

-Vendor fee ($525 or $300 depending on which payment option is chosen) would be due by January 20th. (If Option 2 is chosen, second installment is due on July 1st).

Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable, including in the event of inclement weather (this is an outdoor event) or should you no longer be able to attend.

Furthermore, if an event is canceled due to weather, Bronkberry Farms will make every effort to reschedule. We understand everyone may not be able to make a rescheduled date; however, we are unable to refund any vendor fees for any reason.
