Please fill out this form to indicate that you will be attending the TDSB Downtown Alternative School-DAS Virtual Open House. Upon filling this form you will receive a zoom link which can be used on January 20th 2022 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This form also gives you the opportunity to submit up to 2 questions in advance of the session. We will use some of the questions to assist in preparation for the Open House.
