Room Reservations & Communicating Your Event
Please use this form to request a room(s) and/or to communicate your event to the MCC Congregation. Rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll be contacted with the details of your room reservation once it has been processed and scheduled by our facilities coordinator.

Please Note: The Communication Team will decide on Monday at 12:30 PM what will be communicated and how. If something other than your request is decided upon, you will be informed. Typically, Sunday Verbal Announcements are 2 or 3 weeks prior to the event. Sunday Promotional Videos and Ministry/Event Testimonials need to be scheduled 1 month in advance, at a maximum of 2-3 minutes and Testimonials must be written out.
