Advice You Would Give to a Newly Diagnosed Patient
Being newly diagnosed with an autoimmune or autoinflammatory arthritis disease is not easy. The doctor will only have a limited time to speak with the patient about their diagnosis and what it will mean for them going into the future. Nurses help as much as they can, but their time is limited as well. Many newly diagnosed patients will look to the internet to find answers to questions. Who can give these newly diagnosed patients better than actual patients?

AiArthritis wants real-life patients and their support networks to give their advice to fellow patients that may have questions. Your advice is essential. Please fill out the answers to the questions below. When answering, imagine the person that is newly diagnosed or a person that has a family member or friend with this disease and they just want insight from you, the patient. Your thoughtful insight can help others like yourself.
