Please complete this brief survey to assist HSES in planning for the return of students on 3.15.2021.  Each student in your family will need a form submitted.  Important reminders for F2F (face to face) students - instruction begins promptly at 7:40 and dismissal begins at 2:15.  Students are placed in ASP if they are not picked up by 2:40.  We do not allow for switching between models unless pre-approved by the administrative staff.  Due date for the survey is 3.4.21
