Join Maximize NWMO, an initiative of The Community Foundation of Northwest Missouri, for our new community development and next-level leadership program.

WHY

To build sustainable multi-sector teams of leaders in communities and counties that work together locally and across the region to solve challenges, discover opportunities, and achieve shared goals faster beyond what any one entity can accomplish on their own.

WHO

If you have landed here, this leadership continuous learning opportunity is for you and your group members to experience learning together in a collaborative experience with others who are interested in maximizing the potential of their community! WHEN

This year-long monthly regional learning collaborative program starts and ends in-person on the 2nd Wednesday of September. 

-- For the 2023-2024 year we will hold a kick-off celebration lunch on September 13, 2023 from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. and your first session from 1:00-4:00 p.m. 

-- 10 Zoom sessions from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. every 2nd Wednesday (October-August except July when we all take a summer break.) 

-- Final session will be held in-person on September 11, 2024 from 9:00-11:30 a.m. followed by a celebration lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

WHERE

The location for the in-person September sessions and lunches will be announced soon. All other sessions will be held via Zoom online. A link will be shared with you before the beginning of each session.

INVESTMENT

$3,000 per community/county group (Include as many people from your collaborative team as you'd like.)
