Thanks for showing an interest in applying for ASB!  This application is divided into four sections that are detailed below, and ALL APPLICATIONS NEED TO BE FILLED OUT BY FRIDAY, APRIL 24TH!

SECTION 1: BASIC INFORMATION
Please review the questions in section one.  You will need to login to Aeries to locate some of the information needed to complete this section.  To access the list of Commissioner Positions and duties, please go to the school website, click on "STUDENTS" and then select "ASB".

SECTION 2: FREE RESPONSE
The free response questions in section two are listed below.  Each of these questions allows a maximum of 800 characters.  Feel free to write your responses into a separate document before cutting and pasting them into your application.

1. List all of the extracurricular activities that you are involved in on campus and in the community (including sports, clubs, community groups, etc.).

2. How do you define leadership, what type of leader are you, and what makes you an effective leader? (Maximum 800 characters)

3. As a student and as an individual, list one STRENGTH and one WEAKNESS, and describe how these characteristics play into how you operate.  (Maximum 800 characters)

4. Why do you want to be on ASB, and what do you hope to accomplish by being a part of this team? (Maximum 800 characters)

5. What makes you the best candidate for the commissioner position you are applying for? Please only answer this question in reference to your TOP choice. (Maximum 800 characters).

SECTION 3: TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS
Please email the following link to TWO teachers or faculty members that can attest to your character and work ethic.  Please note that it is YOUR responsibility to make sure that your teachers get a copy of the link.  Don't forget to remind them to fill it out!
