The organizing board of the 2021 GSWS graduate and undergraduate symposium will be responsible for soliciting submissions, selecting a keynote speaker, organizing submissions into panels, and advertising the conference. This volunteer commitment will give you the opportunity to collaborate with others to design an interdisciplinary remote symposium featuring work by Penn graduate and undergraduate students. The conference will take place in late Spring 2021. Members of the organizing board will be asked to attend two or three meetings each semester, and to take on a volunteer commitment of no more than 10 hours each semester, in addition to their involvement during the conference. Members of the organizing board are still eligible to submit their critical, hybrid, or creative work for inclusion in the conference.
