Thank you for your interest in the Leadership Forward Mentoring Program. Our focus is to provide college, career, and community readiness support to high school students in Dallas through one-on-one mentorships, so that our students can make informed decisions and be prepared for life after high school. It is important to us to recruit the best mentors possible who understand the significance of their role and the dedication it takes to be an effective mentor. We expect for our mentors to meet with their students, on average, twice a month (virtually for the Fall semester), as well as to make every best effort to attend our community events and workshops with their mentees and their families so that they can further strengthen their relationships. This time investment pays off in dividends for our students and provides a truly rewarding experience for our mentors.  

We will provide you with training and online resources, so that you have the information and materials you need for a successful mentoring relationship.
