YMCA Healthy Kids Day is a FREE family event with healthy interactive activities that are fun for the whole family.

Youth ages 3 to 12 have up to 3 chances to win a prize by completing activities in spirit, mind, and body and completing our survey at the end!  Please fill out the registration form (one for each child participating) any time between April 1 and April 15.

Activities:
To advance to 1st base, please fill out the registration form (ie. one per child);
To round 1st base - complete 3 Spirit Activities;
To round 2nd base - complete 3 Mind Activities;
To round 3rd base - complete 3 Body Activities;
To go Home - complete the short survey.
**Please use our baseball diamond flyer to check off activities completed by your child. We are using the honor system. Print and hang your baseball diamond on your fridge as a great reminder to complete the tasks each week.

In order to be entered in the drawing, each child must complete the survey (which will be emailed to each registrant at a later day) by Thursday, April 22. The drawing will take place Friday, April 23.

3 prizes will be awarded to 3 kids:
- 1 Razor scooter
- 1 family 4 pack of tickets to a Rivets baseball game
- One $100 Walmart gift card
