2023 MR TYR Senior Metropolitan Summer Championship
Application to Officiate and Request for Evaluation

Welcome to the 2023 MR TYR Senior Mets Summer Championships! This is also a National Officials Qualifying Meet (OQM). If you are interested in officiating during the meet, please fill out the form below and submit. This form will also record your request to be evaluated for N2 or N3 status in USA Swimming, but you will need to fill out and submit to the Meet Referee a Request for National Evaluation form at https://www.usaswimming.org/officials/national-certification-evaluation
Requests for evaluation received by 7/12023 will be given priority; evaluation requests that arrive after that date will be honored as space permits.  Anyone requesting evaluation must officiate for a minimum of 4 sessions during the meet.
