1. Arrive early, not “on time” to training sessions. Remember, if you are on time, you are late!   I will arrive early for training sessions to ensure we can use the allotted training time effectively, efficiently, and completely. I am aware of session cancellation and rescheduling policies. *
2. Sport the proper attire for training. I will be sure to have a shirt (no sports bras or shirtless), athletic shorts or pants, and shoes appropriate for the type of training and surface.  I will also bring sporting sunglasses, a visor/hat, and sunscreen if training outside!
*
3. Come prepared and focused to train. I will show up to every session ready to train and with zero distractions (this means no phones, smartwatches, or earbuds/headphones).

*Warning: I will accept the Burpees as a friendly reminder, should I forget.
*
4. Commit to consistency with my training. During my athletic development or journey to my health and fitness goals, I will occasionally hit obstacles but will also achieve amazing things...as long as I commit to my goals...every...darn...day. *
5. Fuel my fitness: I will bring a water bottle and be sure to have eaten an appropriately timed meal before training. (If a car doesn’t run without fuel...neither can you!) *
6. Be coachable and engage in MY athletic education and physical training. I will listen and learn, ask questions, and take ownership of my improvement. I will be ready to be challenged, pushed, and get uncomfortable. *
7. Communicate and collaborate with my coach. I will be sure to communicate scheduling, injuries, likes/dislikes, significant achievement, or projects in my life. I will team up with my coach to discuss my goals and areas that I would like to improve on. *
8. Show sportsmanship and R-E-S-P-E-C-T by being a team player. Avoid using profanity and challenge yourself to expand your vocabulary to find better words to express your emotions, enthusiasm, or surprise.*Warning: Burpees may be utilized in this instance too as a friendly reminder should I forget.
*
9. Give gratitude. My training sessions are about me and for me, but my friends and family play an important part in my development, too. I will appreciate my #1 fans (friends and family). I will make sure to thank them every time they watch my practice, attend my competitions, or pay for my training and equipment.
*
10. Be prepared to have a good time. We train for a purpose, but that doesn’t mean that we won’t have fun! Coach Andrea and Athletic Evolution SPT coaches include a variety of drills, games, or general silliness to make sure that I not only improve, but also enjoy the process.
