In order to better document our absences throughout concert season, this form must be filled out for every absence. This includes vacations planned well in advance, doctor's appointments, and sudden illnesses. Every time you miss an afterschool band rehearsal, performance, etc., you must fill out this form prior to the absence. This will take the place of email messages to the directors.

ALL absences no matter the reason must be made up upon return to school within one week. This is accomplished by coming in before school (8:00 am) or staying after school to make up the full time missed by practicing in a practice room. Performances are IMPOSSIBLE to make up.
