Youth Camp Registration
Please fill out this form to register for youth camp with Gateway Youth. Camp is June 19-21, 2024 at Life Gate in St. Peters. Doors will open each morning at 9am, with morning service beginning at 10am. Camp is over each day at 9pm. 

AFTER YOU FILL OUT THIS REGISTRATION FORM, please head to lifegatestl.com and click on GIVING from the top menu. Early Bird registration fee is $130 through April 15 and includes a COME UP HERE Camp shirt. Regular registration fee is $150 and does not include a shirt, if you register after April 15. These fees should be paid to the YOUTH FUND (use the drop down to select which fund, under ONE TIME). 
Your registration is NOT complete until we have this form in its entirety & have received your registration fee!
