The Innovative Cultural Advocacy Fellowship (ICA) trains emerging arts-based professionals from historically marginalized communities of color, transitioning into NYC cultural institutional public leadership and management. A core emphasis of the Fellowship is the advancement of arts advocacy and cultural equity. ICA is a program of the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute (CCCADI).

This program is open to early-to-mid-career arts-based professionals of color (ages 30-40), passionately interested in the issues of cultural arts equity, arts advocacy, and can commit to all of the following:
● Cycle VIII Fellowship: Saturdays, February 29th, March 21st, April 18th, May 16th, June 20th, July 18th and a required Meet and Greet on Thursday, April 16th at CCCADI’s Firehouse home.
● Group assignment aligned with one cultural arts executive
● Submission of written analysis document to CCCADI for future compilation
