Kindergarten Registration 2023-2024 (One form per student)

Students who are 5 years old as of September 30, 2023 are entitled to attend Kindergarten.

The following documents are required when registering a new student:
*Copy of Birth Certificate
*Copy current physical exam from your physician
*Updated immunization form
*Order from your physician for any medication, including an inhaler or epi-pen, which will be needed during school hours for the school year

A packet with additional information will be mailed to you after you register. The forms, along with the required documents listed above, can be turned in during our Meet & Greet - TBD
