For Semi-Private, Small Group, or Large Group Training
If an Athlete cancels PRIOR to 24 hours before the session, the remaining Athlete(s) will be given the opportunity to continue the session with a possible price adjustment.

If an Athlete cancels WITHIN 24 hours of the scheduled appointment then the session will continue with the remaining Athlete(s) and the client-athlete cancelling will forfeit the session and be charged in full.

In the event of bad weather, holidays, or other conflict training sessions may be rescheduled on a case by case basis and to a time that is acceptable to the majority of the participating athletes.

Waitlisted individuals will be notified when a session opening becomes available; the first to sign up will receive the spot.

TRAINING APPOINTMENTS *
Clients must notify us of cancellation twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled appointment.   Contact us at Achieve@AthleticEvolutionSPT.com or (619) 535-1946 for any schedule adjustments or cancellations.                                                                                                                                                     NOTE: Client will be charged for the session if less than twenty-four (24) hours notice of cancellation is given.
Flexible Funding Memberships
Memberships are offered at 3, 6, 9, or 12 months for a pre-determined dollar amount; automatic payments are made every 4 weeks for the length of the membership.
--Any unused monthly balance remaining will be rolled over to the following month; the membership balance must be used during the membership and do not rollover to future memberships unless balance is less than what can be applied to a training session.
--Sessions scheduled above membership level will be paid by adjusting the following payment date forward to cover the balance; an email notification will be send prior to adjustment.
