45th American Indian Workshop 2024
Dear Participant,
This form is to help the 45th AIW Organizing Committee prepare to receive the guests and speakers in Pardubice, Czech Republic, between April 16–19, 2024.

All information collected will be handled confidentially and will only be available to the 45th AIW Organizing Committee directly dealing with workshop administration. Your data will be stored on a secure computer until September 30, 2024.

Please be aware that some activities at the conference might be photographed and video recorded for AIW promotion. If you wish to be excluded from the records, please let us now using the email below.

By completing the registration survey, you accept the above conditions and agree to pay a conference fee.

1. On Thursday, April 18, Social Dinner at the Pardubice Brewery, 650 CKZ (approx. 25 EUR).

2. On Friday, April 19, trip to the Opočno State Castle and Great Pardubice Steeplechase racetrack, 1000 CZK (approx. 40 EUR).

Both optional activities will be paid at registration on site via cash.
