DioMass REDI Assessment Welcome

We are so thankful that you’ve decided to participate in the REDI (Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Assessment for Churches. Previous survey respondents have noted the duration of survey completion to be between 30-35 minutes for church leadership, and about 25 minutes for church members/congregants. 

After you answer a few questions about your role below, you will be directed to the survey within Google Forms. You will have the opportunity to review the Privacy Statement prior to completing the survey sections. We’ve included more information about the REDI below.

About the REDI

The REDI Assessment is a tool that evaluates racial and D&I biases within the organization and provides deep insight into the level of awareness and knowledge of racial equity within your culture. Available for corporations, schools, non-profits, and churches (based on Kerry and Bryana’s book, Wait, Is This Racist? A Guide for Becoming an Anti-racist Church), the REDI Assessment is your first stop on your organization’s anti-racist journey, and provides a clear roadmap of potential obstacles, pitfalls, and opportunities as you plan your strategy and begin your work.
