No plexiglass barrier in front of teacher

Group size exceeds 25 people in a room, including teachers, paras, and students

Inadequate hand sanitizer

Students aren’t washing or sanitizing hands upon arrival at school, at least every 2 hours, before and after eating, before and after using outdoor play equipment and before exiting school facility

Bathroom issues: inadequate soap or hand sanitizer, no warm water, broken basins

Bathroom not being cleaned multiple times each day

Surfaces aren’t being wiped down multiple times per day and before and after each group

Inadequate disinfecting supplies, including soap, hand sanitizer at least 60% alcohol, paper towels and tissues

Inadequate latex gloves for employees to use while cleaning

Trashcans don’t have lids

Outdoor activities: groups of students not being separated from other groups

HVAC issues, such as inoperable air-conditioning, inoperable windows, inadequate air circulation

Bus issues: number of students and adults exceeds 50% of manufacturer capacity

Bus issues: every other seat on bus isn’t empty

Non-essential visitors are being allowed in building (essential visitors are individuals who conduct observations, or who observe teacher candidates as part of the teacher preparation quality rating system, or who provide essential support services
