This form is a tool for organizing the results of Spiritual Conversations around the Document for the Continental Stage (DCS) for the Synod on Synodality.
Facilitators/Notetakers are invited to use this form to insert 5-7 main points that emerged during spiritual conversations on the DCS.
This form will be submitted in two ways.
1. A copy will be sent to Ignatian Encounter Ministry. We will be sending a copy of all feedback forms directly to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB).
2. A copy of the completed form will be send back to you. You should then send this form to your local bishop and/or diocesan synod coordinators.
All forms must be sent to the local bishop BEFORE February 1, 2023. The USCCB submissions will be send by January 31, 2023.
