The 2024 MN PTA Advocacy Hunt - Challenge 2
Challenge #2 will connect you to your District's legislative priorities for 2024 and help you to understand how they compare to the legislative priorities of the Minnesota PTA.  For every answer you enter into the form, your PTA will get an entry into a drawing for a gift card or gift certificate to use in your Teacher Appreciation events in May of 2024. Only one submission will be accepted from each PTA per Challenge. 

Your Challenge 2 assignments are below:

#1 Find your District’s legislative agenda for 2024. (Example: Osseo School District Legislative Agenda)
Tips:
Search the webpage of your school board meeting agendas and minutes for “legislative”
Contact your School Board Chair to ask if the District has a legislative agenda.

#2 Compare your District’s legislative agenda for 2024 to the MN PTA Legislative and Policy Agenda.  Are there any items in common?  Are there any priorities that your District has that you think MNPTA should consider for future Legislative and Policy Agendas?
