Terms & Conditions:

*By filling out this form, applicant is available for the market .

*The vendor fees include event setup and licensing, social media marketing, administrative, entertainment services, venue rental, and cleanup fees.

* Vendors are responsible for providing all display items required to sell their products on the day of the event.  Vendors agree to follow our canopy safety guideline and provide the proper amounts of weights for canopies, umbrellas and displays. Vendors who do not follow guidelines might be asked to leave and will not be asked to return to any upcoming events. 

*Vendors must arrive on time and remain set up for the entirety of the listed event timeframe.  

*Vendors agree to keep their space clean. 

*Vendors are responsible for advertising and marketing to their client base to increase the success of this event.

*Vendors are responsible for holding all necessary business licensing and food permits.

*Vendors may not sell any weapons or controlled substances.

*Vendor understands that if they are a minor (under 18), they must be accompanied by an adult at the event.

*We are not liable for any damages or losses to merchandise, personal injury, or theft.

*In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the Lompoc Community Market events, the Vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the PCH STREET, its agents, volunteers, or officers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising our of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Vendor, or any of the property belonging to the Vendor whether caused by the negligence of the Vendor/Releaser, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted. 

*I am fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with the Craft Fair and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such activity, whether caused by the negligence of Vendor/Releaser or otherwise. I further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCH STREET, its agents, volunteers and officers from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, whether caused by negligence of Vendor/Releaser or otherwise.  

*If the event is canceled by the organizer, there are two options. 1. We will refund the booth fee paid by the vendor 2. A credit towards a future event can be requested.

*If a vendor is unable to attend the event due to personal unforeseen circumstances, If written notice is given (6) weeks in advance, there are two options. 1. We will refund the booth fee paid by the vendor 2. A credit towards a future event can be requested.

* If a vendor is unable to attend the event due to personal unforeseen circumstances, If written notice is given (4) weeks in advance a partial refund of 1/2 the fee or 1/2 credit towards a  event can be requested.

* If a vendor is unable to attend the event due to personal unforeseen circumstances, If written notice is given (14) days or less in advance no refund will be issued.
