This form can be used to register for the event being held on July 1, 2024 by the Caledonia Chamber of Commerce. The event will run from 10:30 am- 4 pm. This event is located at the Kinsmen Park, Caledonia.
Please note:
* Set up time is July 1 2024, from 7 am- 10 am, a schedule will be circulated closer to July 1.
* All vendors will be outdoors and are required to be self-sufficient (including having your own source of power if needed, there will be no electrical connections)
* No Vehicles will have access to the park outside of 10 am - 4 pm.
* Tear down to take place after 4 pm, please indicate on your application if it is your intention to remain on site until the Fireworks.
* Payment to be sent within 24 hours after acceptance of application received.
* Email responses to Non- Food Truck Vendors will be sent from underoneroofevent@gmail.com - Please add this email address to your account for future correspondence. All email responses will be copied to the Caledonia Regional Chamber of Commerce for visibility.
Hold Harmless - All vendors shall defend, indemnify and hold the committee, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from the acts, errors or omissions of the committee.
