2024 Canada Day Vendor Application

Food Truck & Vendor Table Application:

Vendor Fees: Non- Member site fees $84.75 // Member site fees $56.50 ALL FEES INCLUDE HST
Food Truck Fees: $169.50 // Member $141.25  ALL FEES  INCLUDE HST

This form can be used to register for the event being held on July 1, 2024 by the Caledonia Chamber of Commerce. The event will run from 10:30 am- 4 pm. This event is located at the Kinsmen Park, Caledonia.

Please note:
* Set up time is July 1 2024, from 7 am- 10 am, a schedule will be circulated closer to July 1. 
* All vendors will be outdoors and are required to be self-sufficient (including having your own source of power if needed, there will be no electrical connections)
* No Vehicles will have access to the park outside of 10 am - 4 pm.
* Tear down to take place after 4 pm, please indicate on your application if it is your intention to remain on site until the Fireworks.
* Payment to be sent within 24 hours after acceptance of application received.
* Email responses to Non- Food Truck Vendors will be sent from underoneroofevent@gmail.com - Please add this email address to your account for future correspondence. All email responses will be copied to the Caledonia Regional Chamber of Commerce for visibility.

Hold Harmless - All vendors shall defend, indemnify and hold the committee, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from the acts, errors or omissions of the committee.

Please list your menu / items you will be bringing (What you list here will be what you are permitted to bring to the event if your application is accepted. This helps us to reduce overlap as much as possible).

All food vendors must be in line with local and provincial requirements. This includes preparing all food in a certified and inspected kitchen (including any baked goods). 

If you have any questions/are unsure of whether or not you will meet all of the requirements- please call or email the local health unit to get more information before applying for this event.

Please indicate that you are in compliance of the above and have submitted the application to HNHU.

A Copy of the HNHU approved application must be available and on display or presented as required.

I understand that if I am approved, non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours or I may be forfeiting my spot. Payment is not to be sent until a approval email is sent by the Committee.

‎Delivery/Payment: It is the vendors responsibility to deliver and arrange payments to customers to fulfill purchases made during the event.

Event refunds and transfer of fees: I understand that a spot is being held for me if I am approved and accepted, which is nonrefundable nor can be credited to another event under any circumstances. The Caledonia Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible in anyway nor will they refund, discount or compensate for any lack of interest from the public. Every effort will be made to operate the event, however; if an event is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, no refunds will be issued.

Security: All vendors are responsible for ensuring they comply with the law and other regulations. Any misconduct towards staff, attendees or fellow vendors before or during the event will result in forfeiting your spot automatically.
