What's your opinion about the addition of a Job Management Menu, that allows you to remotely see how many colonists are working a certain job, and to disable and reenable these jobs remotely?
Absolutely Terrible
Supremely Awesome and Important

How about NPC name tags, that allow you to name individual colonists and to track them in your colony?

We're thinking of adding a better tutorial, one that operates like a mission system. This would give you structured objectives throughout the game, from "recruit a berry gatherer" to "build a glider". What's your opinion about this?

To what degree do you agree with this statement: "The core features (building your colony, recruiting colonists and assigning them to jobs, building walls and other defenses) of Colony Survival are great. The systems surrounding these features, the ones that should keep players engaged for a longer time (science progression, happiness) are less polished though. This is the weak part of CS, and there's a lot of potential in improving these systems."

To what degree do you agree with this statement: "The implementation of all the current features is great and it's hard to seriously improve them. The only way to significantly improve CS, is by adding radically new features that are fundamentally different from the current content."

The Racing Game Metaphor
Imagine a relatively standard racing game. There's a number of cars and a handful of tracks. There are multiple ways to update the game. The developers could:

-Update the driving model and the racing physics of the game, making each car handle fundamentally different compared to before the update (handle better, hopefully)
-Add new cars and tracks to expand the content
-Add more engaging ways to 'hook' the player: a campaign with a progression that gradually unlocks new content, a way to score points that can be used to upgrade cars, etcetera
-Add new features, but relatively close to the current content, like motorcycles or rallycross tracks
-Add new features, but more transformative, like the ability to get out of your car and to get into firefights (turn it into GTA, basically). Of course, this comes at the cost of requiring a lot more development time.

Please imagine applying these metaphors to Colony Survival. Similar strategies could be used there. How would you rate each of these strategies - how much would they benefit Colony Survival, in your opinion?
Make current core systems work smoother: update the "driving model" / "racing physics"
I really do not care about this
This is highly necessary now!

More engaging ways to 'hook' the player: better progression systems, scoring points and being able to spend them on improvements, making features like the science system / tech tree and the happiness system more rewarding

New features relatively close to current content: "motorcycles and rallycross tracks"

Costly new features that fundamentally transform the direction of the game: "being able to exit your car and firefights"
I really do not care about this
